Nimal Welgama Is Chairman SLT

The President has appointed Mr. Nimal Welgama as the new Chairman of Sri Lanka Telecom with immediate effect. Mr. Welgama is the Managing director of ‘Upali Group.’ He is also a member of the monetary board of the Central Bank. He is an old boy of St. Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia
